All the posters, products and video recordings to be presented between November 22-24, 2024, will be exhibited in the central hall of the UNSTPB to be visited, watched by the general public, during the entire period of the exhibition.
The evaluation by the members of the formed judging commissions will be carried out in advance but also during the salon 22-24 November 2024.
The results will be announced in the festive awards ceremony on November 23, 2024.

The shape of the “ totem “, where the inventors are displaying their posters- 6 A1 (59,4×84,1cm), 2 on each side.
Each totem has beside 1 table and 3 chairs.
The inventors have to bring their own poster (A1).

The design of the poster is not imposed, it is up to you.
Dimensions: 70×100 cm or A1 portrait/portrait format.
There will be social areas with tables and chairs – for laptop use personal.

Terms, policies & additional information
Applicant’s failure to correspond with the organizer via email communication for necessary confirmations may lead to natural cancelation of their applications from the competition.
Applicant’s failure to pay the registration fee invoiced before the specified due date may result in incompletion of registration and eventually lead to disqualification from the competition
